No Return Required Policy

We’ve eliminated the need for you to ship anything back to us. Here’s how our simplified policy works:

  • Keep Your Item: You don’t need to return anything – keep it or dispose of it as you wish
  • Fast Resolution: No waiting for return shipping or inspection delays
  • Clear Process: Simple contact process based on who made the error

Resolution Process

  1. Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] within the specified timeframe
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and description of the issue
  3. We Determine Cause: Our team will review and determine if the issue was caused by Flagtify or customer error
  4. Get Your Solution: Receive either a free replacement or guidance on placing a new order

Resolution Details

  • Processing Timeframe: All issues are resolved within 1-2 business days after receiving your report
  • Resolution Method: Based on the cause of the issue (see below)
  • No Shipping Required: Keep your original item regardless of the resolution

Special Situations

Flagtify Error – We Fix It Free

If we made a mistake, we take full responsibility:

  • What qualifies: Wrong design shipped, defective product, printing errors, shipping to wrong address
  • Report within: 7 days of delivery (domestic) or 21 days (international)
  • Our solution: We send you a replacement item at no cost with free shipping
  • Your original item: Keep it – no need to send it back

Customer Error – New Order Required

If the error was on the customer side:

  • What qualifies: Wrong design selected, incorrect personalization details provided, wrong shipping address provided, changed mind about design
  • Report within: 7 days of delivery (domestic) or 21 days (international)
  • Solution: Place a new order with correct specifications and pay for new item + shipping
  • Your original item: Keep it – it’s yours

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Contact Support immediately with your order number and requested modifications
  • After 12 hours and once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled

Please be aware of these important details:

  • Custom/Personalized items: Cannot be cancelled once production begins – please double-check your design and details
  • Proof of purchase required: Must provide order number or email used for purchase
  • Time limits apply: Issues must be reported within specified timeframes
  • Final determination: Flagtify reserves the right to make final determination on error cause
