At Flagtify, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve crafted our return and refund policy to be clear, straightforward, and customer-friendly.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Item Requirements: Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition as received
    • With original tags attached
    • In original packaging

Return Process

  1. Get Authorization: Contact our Support team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization and shipping details
  2. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your authorized return to: Flagtify Returns – 14321 Corporate Dr, Garden Grove, CA 92843
  4. Track Your Package: For items valued over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance
  5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status within 1-2 business days

Refund Details

  • Processing Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase
  • Refund Coverage:
    • Full purchase price for eligible returns
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)

Special Situations

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include photographs showing the damage or defect
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs)

Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the item you received
  3. We’ll arrange to send the correct item or process a full refund

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Contact Support immediately with your order number and requested modifications
  • After 12 hours, orders cannot be changed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Missing or Delayed Refunds
