Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom Flag Orders: All personalized flags, including seasonal holiday designs like Halloween, Christmas, and other custom printed flags, require a processing time of 3-7 business days due to the print-on-demand nature of our products and quality control processes.

Standard Flag Orders: Ready-to-ship flag designs have a standard processing time of 1-2 business days.

You will receive email notifications at these key stages:

  1. Order Confirmation (immediately after placing your order)
  2. Shipment Confirmation (with tracking information)
  3. Delivery Status Notification

United States Shipping

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after shipment

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150
  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 for the first flag, $4.99 for each additional flag
  • Expedited Shipping: $25 for the first flag, $15 for each additional flag

Estimated Delivery

  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom: 7-10 business days after shipment
  • European countries, Norway, Switzerland: 7-10 business days after shipment
  • Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asian Countries: 7-15 business days after shipment
  • India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE: 10-15 business days after shipment

International Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $200
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom: $12.99 for the first flag, $8.99 for each additional flag
  • European countries, Norway, Switzerland: $12.99 for the first flag, $8.99 for each additional flag
  • Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asian Countries: $12.99 for the first flag, $6.99 for each additional flag
  • India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE: $15.99 for the first flag, $9.99 for each additional flag
  • Expedited Shipping: $45 for the first flag, $20 for each additional flag

Important International Shipping Information

  • Recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties. These are not included in shipping costs.
  • International tracking may be limited once packages leave the United States.
  • Full delivery confirmation tracking is only guaranteed for Canada and Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Track your order anytime by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
  • Visiting flagtify.com and entering your order number and email in the “Track your order” section
  • Contacting our customer service team

Shipping Delays & Issues

Potential Delays

Shipping times may be extended due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons and holiday promotions (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Additional processing time for complex custom designs

If a significant delay is expected with your order, we will notify you via email.

Address Issues

  • Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order:
    • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
    • We will attempt to correct the address if the order hasn’t shipped
    • If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee the package will be rerouted

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
    • Check with household members and neighbors
    • Look around your property and delivery areas
    • Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes show as delivered shortly before actual delivery
  • If your package is legitimately lost:
    • Domestic orders: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
    • International orders: Contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date

We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a replacement/refund according to our policies.

Return Shipping

  • If you need to return an item due to a Flagtify error (wrong design, defective product, printing error), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to customer preference or customer error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Considerations for Custom Flags

Since our flags are made-to-order with personalized designs, please note:

  • Custom flag orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • We recommend double-checking your design, text, and specifications before finalizing your order
  • Seasonal designs may have extended processing times during peak holiday periods
